ProLuxe® Cetol 1 Primary Coat RE

SICO ProLuxe® 1 Primary Coat RE is a premium translucent exterior wood basecoat oil for vertical surfaces. It's primarily used as the first coat before two coats of ProLuxe® 23 Top Coat RE because of its excellent adhesion. However it can be used on its own as a 2-coat system for outdoor furniture and fences.
